Like most photographers, I live with a beautiful burden: a massive backlog of moments captured, just waiting for the right time to be shared. This particular story takes us back to a crisp morning in December 2020.

Back then, as the mother of a curious two-year-old, local parks and zoos were our second home. But on this specific day, magic intervened. A fresh, overnight snowfall had blanketed the La Garenne Zoo in pure, unblemished white. With the winter sun bright overhead and my camera in tow, a simple family outing turned into something breathtaking.

The wildlife against the pristine snow created an atmosphere that felt entirely otherworldly. I’m so thrilled to finally bring these images out of the archives. A select curation of these photographs is now available as high-quality prints, they carry a cozy, alpine warmth that would look beautifully at home featured on the walls of a winter chalet.
